If you are inspired to start a non-profit organization, we will help you bring your vison to life. Our non-profit startup package includes document preparation for incorporating your organization and obtaining Tax Exemption from the IRS including drafting Mission/vison Statements, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy, Program Narrative, and completion of IRS Form 1023.

Initial Consultation includes an Organizational Assessment that would determine your capacity and services needed for grant funding. If your organization is ready for grant writing services, we will assist you in determining the types of grant funding most suitable for your organization based on its needs, goals, and capacity. Grant Writing involves developing and writing your proposals based on the specification of the funder. We will assist you in developing measurable program goals and objectives that are consistent with your mission and respond to the guidelines of the Request for Proposal (RFP). We also provide a follow- up service if needed.

Birthing Visions conducts training to assist non-profits in securing and maintaining grant funds. Training topics include:

• Board Development

• Strategic Planning

• Program Design & Development

• Introduction to Grant Writing

Birthing Visons also provide one-on-one mentoring, coaching and guidance for aspiring leaders and professionals who wish to improve their personal and professional skills for career development. A six-month commitment is highly recommended.

Consultation, Training/TA, Mentoring/Coaching Services are $75.00 per hour (2-hours minimum). The cost for grant writing services will be determined upon review of the Request for Proposal (RFP). A 50% deposit is required for all grant writing services.
